They are not sales terms or the licence agreement for future applications.
Catalogue and availability
Cards present projects in development. Listing an app does not guarantee commercial availability, universal compatibility or complete functionality. Availability, timing, support, pricing and any trial terms must be agreed separately with Ingenia.
Download and technical evaluation
The prototype download is free of charge and does not create a purchase, subscription, automatic activation or free trial of Suite apps. The Mac prototype opens a restricted catalogue requiring authorised access. The Windows prototype lets you select apps and, on your explicit action, submit a request online to the private License Manager. A reference confirms receipt. Ingenia may approve or reject the request; approval alone does not grant a licence or authorise automatic installation or data changes. Neither version installs Suite apps, changes real licences or transfers company archives. The package is for technical evaluation, not production use.
Using the prototype
Ingenia permits you to download and use the prototype solely to evaluate its operation, without transferring software ownership or rights to other apps. Mandatory statutory rights, including rights under software law, remain unaffected. Do not use the service for unauthorised access, unlawful activities or malware distribution. Do not enter confidential personal or company data in simulations. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
Requirements and security
Read the download section and package instructions. The macOS version requires Apple Silicon, macOS 13 or later, and Internet access. The prototype is not notarised by Apple. The Windows ZIP requires Windows 10/11 with .NET Framework 4.x and PowerShell; setup builds and installs only the catalogue launcher for the current user. It is unsigned and has not yet been tested on a Windows PC. If your system blocks it, do not disable protections: contact Ingenia. Agree a testing and backup process before any subsequent production installation.
Intellectual property and links
Trademarks, text, logos and materials belong to their respective owners. Browsing or downloading grants no exploitation rights over trademarks or content beyond those allowed by law and this evaluation permission. External links lead to services with their own terms and privacy notices.
Liability and mandatory rights
The prototype may contain errors and must not be used for production decisions or operations. Ingenia does not promise uninterrupted availability or particular industrial results. Liability required by law remains applicable: nothing excludes liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence or limits mandatory rights, including applicable consumer rights.
Law, changes and future agreements
Italian law applies, subject to mandatory protections applicable to the user. No exclusive jurisdiction overrides consumer protections. Purchases and licences require separate terms provided before entering a contract. Updates apply to subsequent use and do not retroactively alter existing contracts.
