Privacy notice

Controller and scope

Ingenia S.r.l. — single-member company · Registered office: Piazza Armando Diaz 5, 20123 Milan, Italy · VAT No. 14727850969 · REA MI-2803796 · Fully paid-up share capital €10,000.00. Contact: info@ingeniart.it · PEC: ingeniart@pec.it. This notice covers the public Ingenia Suite page and installer download on the chatgpt.site address displayed in your browser and its custom domain when active. The corporate website and restricted catalogue have a separate scope.

Data, purposes and lawful bases

When you browse or download a file, the infrastructure processes technical data such as your IP address, request date and time, requested resource, browser, device and request status. This supports content delivery, availability and abuse prevention, based on the controller’s legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Your chosen card order is stored only in your browser to restore the arrangement you requested; it is not sent to Ingenia.

Voluntary communications

If you contact us by email or certified email (PEC), we process contact details, your name, any company details and your message to respond. The basis is requested pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in responding to other communications (Article 6(1)(f)). Legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Please send only necessary information. This page has no forms, newsletter, payments, public posting or account registration and does not ask for personal details before downloading. Ingenia’s code integrates no analytics, advertising pixels or profiling. No automated decisions with legal effects are made about visitors.

Recipients and infrastructure

The site is hosted through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery and security. Technical providers may process connection data needed to supply the service. Their roles and obligations depend on the applicable service agreements; OpenAI processes site data under those agreements and the applicable DPA where relevant. Other recipients may include email providers, authorised staff, necessary advisers and authorities when required by law. We do not publish communications received. Provider information: OpenAI and Cloudflare.

Processing locations and transfers

Providers operate international infrastructure: this page does not guarantee processing exclusively within the European Economic Area. Any processing or transfers outside the EEA depend on the service configuration and agreements. You can ask the controller about the locations and safeguards applicable to your processing, and for a copy of safeguards available under the GDPR. Provider privacy policies do not replace Ingenia’s responsibilities as controller.

Retention

Communications are retained to manage and close your enquiry, normally for no more than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship, legal obligations or documented legal claims require longer retention. Technical data are retained as necessary to deliver and secure the service, considering incident detection and investigation, recovery, legal obligations and providers’ deletion cycles. This page does not set or assert a single retention period for all infrastructure logs. The local card-order preference remains until you clear site data in your browser. See the Cookie policy for cookies.

Your choices and rights

Connection data are necessary to operate the service. Contacting us is optional, but without contact details we may be unable to reply. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact info@ingeniart.it or our PEC address. We respond within GDPR Article 12 deadlines, normally one month, and communicate any justified extension within that period. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or your competent supervisory authority.

Installer and linked services

Downloading does not activate a licence. The Windows installer sends company name, contact name, email, selected apps, request type, archive preference, request ID, submission time and client version to Ingenia only when you press Send activation request. This is necessary to handle your requested pre-contractual steps (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Requests are stored through the public site’s hosting service and reviewed only in the private License Manager, normally for up to 24 months after the last contact unless legal or contractual requirements apply. A keyed hash of the connection IP and a timestamp support abuse rate limiting; the request record does not store the raw IP. If delivery is unconfirmed the installer keeps the request in pending-activation.json on your PC to retry with the same ID, and removes it after server confirmation. Request data are not published, and contact details are declared by the sender, not verified. The infrastructure and transfer caveats above also apply. Running the prototype and accessing the restricted catalogue are separate subsequent steps: read their information before submitting a request. This notice does not cover company data processed by future Suite apps. New features will require updated information before use.

Private deliveries

Approved packages are delivered through a private link with an access code separate from the request ID, valid for up to 7 days and revocable. The service stores only a hash of the code; share it only with the verified recipient. Deliveries may include software and, only when expressly authorised, a copy of the recipient company’s data. No company archive is made publicly downloadable. The purposes, recipients, contents and processing arrangements of any company archive must be established before delivery; this notice does not authorise copying other companies’ data.

Materia device activation

At the user’s request, Materia sends a hashed device identifier and delivery reference to Ingenia Licenze to bind the licence to the PC and allow administrative approval. The company archive is not transmitted. The service stores the device code, request status, dates, acceptance version and approving operator. A random device credential allows retrieval of the signed licence; only its hash is stored on the service. Approval is checked every 15 seconds while the activation screen is open. These records support the activation request and licence management, remain accessible to authorised administrators, and are retained as necessary to manage and verify the licence.

Persistent Windows installer state

The Windows installer retains the request and a random credential on the PC after acknowledgement, protected for the current Windows user with DPAPI. The service stores only the credential hash. Status is checked on opening and every 30 seconds while the installer is open; only authorised published packages can be downloaded. Linking older requests requires a valid private delivery link. Uninstalling retains local request state for recovery.
